Starters

Wood fired Pizza Choice of Garlic or mixed herb.

Main’s

Roast Turkey and Ham. Marinated Turkey breast, and Honey glazed Ham, fanned over roasted Pumpkin, Parsnip, Potato and Sweet Potato with steamed Brocolini, and baby Carrot.

Grilled Salmon fillet. On a Nicoise style salad with mixed leaved, green beans, boiled egg, baby potato, caper berries, purple onion, cherry tomato, home made mayonnaise and Anchovy.

Dessert

Christmas pudding. Brandy soaked fruits baked in a pudding with brandy custard.

Fruit pavlova. Individual serve pavlova with a sticky marshmallow interior, topped with double cream and fresh seasonal fruits.

Starters
Sesame crusted Tiger prawns Tossed with assorted leaves, salad vegetables and fried Hokkien noodles with a splash of mild raspberry and sweet chilli vinaigrette.

Chicken Galette Cold poached breast pocketed with a sage farce served with poached Pear puree and baby

Main’s

Baked Blue Eyed cod. Served with mixed herb risotto, steamed Asparagus spears and shaved Pecorino cheese.

Lamb tenderloins. Soaked in basil pesto oil, then fanned over whipped potato mash, with sautéed baby spinach, eggplant fritter and creamy basil reduction.

Dessert
Christmas pudding. Brandy soaked fruits baked in a pudding with brandy custard.

Fruit pavlova. Individual serve pavlova with a sticky marshmallow interior, topped with double cream and fresh seasonal fruits.

Strawberries and cream. Local berries tossed with whipped cream, presented sable style between pastry wafers, with Elderflower syrup and raspberry coulis.

Pumpkin soup. Pureed with apple and leek, accompanied by home made bread rolls.

Christmas Turkey. Whole roasted breast accompanied by home made Sage and bacon stuffing, and Pan gravy and Cranberry sauce.
Leg ham Glazed with brown sugar and rum, roasted and sliced.
Chicken Breast Roasted with leatherwood honey glaze.
Roasted potato and Parsnips.
Steamed pinkeye potato Tossed with butter and chopped mint.
Glazed Carrots Tossed with Orange butter reduction.
Broccoli Steamed and tossed with flaked almonds and butter

Salads
Potato Steamed baby bintje tossed with seeded mustard, chopped chives and sour cream.
Coleslaw. Shredded Asian cabbage, grated carrot, and onion tossed with mayonnaise and chopped parsley.
Mixed vegetable. Assorted leaves, tomato, cucumber, onion and shaved carrot tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.

Dessert
Christmas pudding. Brandy soaked fruits baked in a pudding with brandy custard.

Strawberry pavlova. Topped with whipped cream and local strawberries.
